Gourmet Dinner Party

Inspired by the Lemon Ice Cream Sandwiches with Blueberry Swirl on the above cover of Gourmet, the Bergerons and the Taylor De Cordobas spent Saturday evening attacking the whole delicious menu as presented in the magazine. I’d call each and every recipe a success but I was completely blown away by the ice cream sandwiches. So summery and perfect. The Corn on the Cob with Mint-Feta Butter wasn’t too bad either.
