Here’s a revelation: Artichoke al forno with ricotta crostone at Pizzeria Mozza. This simple little appetizer is one of the best things I’ve tasted in a long time – artichokes, white beans and sweet garlic. Oh and perfectly grilled bread topped with fluffy ricotta and fresh basil strands. The is the kind of dish that could launch a thousand ships. And even though I’ve posted it before, I can’t help but share a picture of the Fennel sausage, panna, red onion & scallion pizza. A truly beautiful thing!
