I have a new piece up on the Huffington Post and this time I feature the LA-based sisters Jenny and Heather Goldberg of Spork Foods. Along with catering, these ladies teach amazing cooking classes (that you don’t have to be vegan to enjoy – trust me!) where they promote improving health through cooking and eating delicious food.
