Sgroppino: Inspired by Batali
Last Sunday I was drinking my morning coffee and reading the New York Times, when I stumbled upon this:
One week later, some friends and I gathered to blend up the unlikely combo of ice cold vodka, lemon gelato, prosseco and ice. So delicious….and addictive…and really really strong!
Served with a light italian meal of risotto and a tomato salad (all tomatos and basil direct from Holly’s farm).
