It has been a really good week. I’ve worked hard, but not so hard that I ran myself into the ground – an idea that is simple in theory but is very challenging for me in practice. I spent Monday in Ojai recuperating from the insanity of the last two weeks and tomorrow I leave for Big Sur for a girlfriend’s birthday weekend. I’m feeling pretty lucky right about now. And Alex and I just returned from a great date night dinner at one of our local favorites, Tasca Wine Bar. Turns out they have a dynamite happy hour (sun-friday, 5:30-7:30).
