Chef Speak is back, y’all! For my latest piece, I interviewed Sara Johannes, the Executive Chef of WP24, Wolfgang Puck’s new modern Chinese restaurant in downtown Los Angeles. Situated on the 24th floor of the Ritz-Carlton hotel, the expansive city views are nothing if not stunning.
