My Favorite Sandwich

Almond Butter, Banana and Honey Sandwich

I’ve made this in the morning and brought it with me to the gallery almost every day this week  – it’s easy to transport, healthy, comforting and totally delish.

two tablespoons almond butter (could use cashew or peanut)
two slices of your favorite bread (I like Ezekiel)
one banana
one teaspoon honey

Spread one tablespoons of almond butter on each slice of bread. Thinly slice a banana and spread evenly on one sandwich half. Drizzle with honey and press the two halves together.
