Culinaire

Back to SF for a few moments…..my sis took us to the Ferry Building Farmer’s Market on Saturday which was a real feast for the senses. After sampling juicy clementines and fresh sage goat cheese, we made our way into the Ferry Building, which reminded me a lot of Chelsea Market in NY. My favorite stop was a store called Culinaire, which describes itself as “a beautiful antique shop dedicated to the culture of food and wine.” Indeed it is just that. I walked away with really beautiful reproductions of antique French menu cards that were designed in the 1890s.
