Desert Prada
I love this photo by Burk Uzzle called “Desert Prada.” What we’re looking at here is a permanent “sculpture” by the Berlin artists Michael Elmgreen and Ingar Dragset entitled “Prada Marfa,” installed on a desolate stretch of land outside of Marfa, Texas. The white stucco walls house authentic Prada handbags and shoes, but there’s no working door. So genius and perfectly in line with the Prada merge of art and fashion.
