Sunday Night Dinner – Sunday Taylor style…

My mom made us an over-the-top meal yesterday. She butterflied two chickens and roasted them after she spread a chili cinnamon rub on the skin (the rub also contained corriandor, cumin, salt and more). She served the highly flavored chicken with roasted lemon and oregano potatoes. Look at how she’s cutting through that chicken with poultry shears!
