A Pizza Fit for Fall
For my sister’s 25th birthday, we made a Roasted Fall Vegetable and Ricotta Pizza and had our very own homey pizza party. It was easy as pie and so warm, cozy and delicious. We made whole wheat dough, topped it with ricotta, mozzarella, roasted veggies – new potatoes, butternut squash, onions, garlic, and carrots – and decorated it with rosemary.
