New fav restaurant: Animal

This is officially my favorite restaurant of the moment. Animal’s cozy comfort food really speaks my language – fried hominy with lime, a bubbling cauldron of melted cheese with sliced chorizo and garlic toast and a juicy pork chop prepared with seasonal produce. YUM.
