Liquid Gold

I went to Surfas for a latte this morning and left with olive oil, aged balsamic vinegar and white truffle honey. While waiting for my drink, I ran into David, master of the cheese counter who successfully seduced me with a sample of taleggio on fresh baked bread drizzled with this insanely decadent honey. This led to some serious foodie retail therapy.
