Casually tackling often absurd recipes like these here “Goldies” exemplifies the spirit of Amelia’s project. They were delicious, by the way. Dark ganache and chocolate cake pumped full of vanilla buttercream. Oh and coated in gold dust.
And while we’re on the topic of gold, we paired the fancy twinkies with some liquid gold, my favorite grappa of the moment, Marolo Grappa & Chamomile.
