Let us begin with marinated beet, avocado, and blood orange salad . Could have made a meal of this alone with a baguette and some Badoit .
Next, heaven descends in front of my eyes, perfectly arranged on a wood board: figs, prosciutto, burrata.
Chickpea stew with greens, cous cous, spiced yogurt & harissa…ooh la la.
And then – the piece de resistance – mushroom, english peas & taleggio pizza.
