Our collectors turned friends, Ellen and David, welcomed us into their beautiful home last night for dinner, dessert and lively conversation.
David served his home brewed beer and Ellen made an incredible meal, starring this perfectly simple mushroom salad that she garnished with truffle salt. She combined thinly sliced raw mushrooms, pecorino shavings, lemon, good olive oil, white pepper and truffle salt. It was insane. For dessert, she grilled peaches and served with raspberries and a little yogurt.
