Summer Night

For the past couple days I’ve been working on this Peanut Brittle And Caramel Crunch Ice Cream Pie that I saw in the new issue of Bon Appetit. The process is simple but involves a lot of steps separated by one hour freezing periods. However…the result is awe-inspiring – crunchy, creamy, salty, sweet, rich and refreshing all at once. Behold Liam, who literally helped me carry the cake from freezer to table and sat like a little angel awaiting the first slice of heaven…
