Risotto

With temps cooling (NOT! But a girl can dream, right?) I’m craving cooking in a major way. This past weekend, I whipped up some major comfort food. Is there anything cozier than Risotto? I even love the twenty minutes or so required standing over the pot, slowly adding the warm broth and stirring.
