Citrus, Tequila and Rose Water on Ice

While most of my garden is still dormant, my meyer lemon tree is going crazy and I have more fruit than I know what to do with. I’ve been experimenting with different kinds of citrus cocktails and this is my new favorite.

Serves 2
juice of one meyer lemon
juice of one tangelo
1/4 cup tequila
1/4 cup sparkling water
1 tablespoon of rose water
4 chamomile flowers

Combine the first five ingredients and shake with ice until combined and chilled. Strain into classes and decorate with chamomile flowers. Take a deep breath and relax into this one.
