Thoughtful/Special/Cozy

I’ve been installing a new show at the gallery and this week has slipped away from me. So happy it’s Friday and it’s sunny and beautiful out – I finally feel like I can catch my breath for a second. Which reminds me that my wedding is right around the corner. There are still a few things to check off my list, but nothing too major. It’s a friday morning and I’m drinking coffee and listening to Joni Mitchell – there’s nothing to stress about, right? Right.

But there is something to be excited about! Our first wedding gift arrived recently and I am officially in love with it. Have you seen these canisters before? The sculptor Alma Allen got together with LA-based design team Commune and our beloved Heath Ceramics and created some really beautiful one-of-a-kind pieces. Grateful for such a special gift!
