Maison Martin Margiela for H&M Preview

After the wrap-around-the-block lines and wild success of H&M’s collaboration with Marni last March, the mass market retailer has teamed up with the avant-garde Parisian fashion house Maison Martin Margiela, to see if magic will ensue yet again. The coolest thing about this collection (hitting select stores this Thursday, November 15!) is that each piece is a reimagined version of an iconic look from the Margiela archives. So for the brand’s cult-like following, this might just be the best week ever. A second chance at love.

I previewed the collection at the showroom last week and found some theatrical and totally crazy pieces. There are also some things I would wear everyday. There is also the most bad ass pair of pumps I’ve seen this year. And in the style of last year’s Marni for H&M preview, I got together with my girls and we did photoshoot, with me wearing the clothes in the Hollywood Hills.
